The program provides you with 4 follow along strength training videos each week.  In addition I recommend 2 endurance days , and one rest/stretch day for full recovery.

This program is for anyone who is ready to step it up. You can do this workout in your backyard, garden, at home or at the gym. All it takes is about 30 min 4 times a week for strength training, two days 30-60 min of light cardio workouts and a stretch/ rest day for recovery.
