​Welcome to our 6-Week Full-Body strength Classes, suitable for all levels!

​Would you like to be stronger, decrease body fat, and increase your muscle mass? After the age of 40, our metabolism slows down, our muscle mass decreases, and our body fat increases. We lose bone density and become more prone to injury and falls. 

This is precisely why these classes prioritize comprehensive body strength, balance enhancement, and resistance training using weights. All you require is a yoga mat, a pair of 3 & 5-pound dumbbells, a stable Zoom connection, and a can-do attitude.

Leave the rest to me; together, we’ll embark on a journey towards achieving your fitness aspirations and fostering a healthier version of yourself.

With 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and Z-health coach, I’ve led numerous group exercise classes, and can accommodate individual needs and current fitness levels.

Join our intimate, personalized 45-minute group session every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6 pm. The cost for the entire 6-week program is $160.
