We wanted to make a 4 week basic fitness reset as easy and interesting as possible, so we recorded this well balanced workout in beautiful Hawaii, Kona.  All you need is a pair of 3 and 5 lbs dumbbells, an exercise mat and about 20-60 min per session. The program provides you with 3 follow along strength training videos per week.  In addition we recommend a stretch/yoga day with example videos, 1 endurance day and a gentle physical activity day of your choice.

4-Week Basic
Fitness Reset

This program is for anyone who wants to restart their fitness journey. Maybe you are recovering from an injury,  you fell off the fitness wagon or you simply need to be motivated to get into basic strength training for improved strength and bone health? You can do this workout in your backyard, garden, at home or at the gym. All it takes is about 20-30 min 3 times a week for strength training, 30-60 min of gentle movement 2 times a week and a 30-60 min endurance session 1 time per week. 

Tired of boring old gym workouts? Aren’t comfortable going to the gym just yet? 

Then this program is perfect for you!

Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started.
