I wanted to make this 4 week leaner and stronger fitness program as easy and interesting as possible, so I recorded this well balanced workout in a beautiful outdoor spring season setting. All you need is an exercise mat, a pair of 3, 5 , 8 and 10 lbs dumbbells, and about 30 min per session. The program provides you with 4 follow along strength training videos each week. In addition I recommend 2 endurance days , and one rest/stretch day for full recovery.

- The goal of this program is to help you build overall body stability, strength, and muscle
- Focused on core, legs , arms , back, glutes, with balance and stabilization exercises.
